The Aspen Re Graduate Programme consists of "on-the-job" training, supported by a formal development programme comprising of a 3 week graduate induction in London, orientation programme, lectures and research projects.

We welcome applications from graduates with Maths A-level (or equivalent) and a 2.1 or above degree classification, or 3.0 grade point average or above (or international equivalent). Business area: Actuarial
With opportunities to work with Pricing, Reserving and Capital Modelling teams, the actuarial graduate role offers a good introduction to actuarial disciplines whilst becoming an integral and value added member of the team from day one. You will work with all areas of the global business including the underwriters, claims adjusters and finance. You will be studying for your actuarial exams with a generous study support package.
You will have a minimum degree classification of 2.1 or min 3.0 GPA with a highly numerical and analytical ability. You will have good communications skills, both verbal and written and be able to build relationships across the business. You will be determined and disciplined in your studies and committed to completing your actuarial exams.
Business area: Finance
As a Finance graduate you will have the opportunity from day one to have a real job with real responsibilities. You will work within areas such as Financial Control, Credit Control & Accounting Operations and become an important member of the team.
You will have a minimum degree classification of 2.1 or min 3.0 GPA with good interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and an enquiring mind. More importantly you will have the ability to mix technical knowledge with common sense. You will also be encouraged to take professional qualificiations including ACCA.
Business area: Underwriting
As an underwriting graduate you will be working closely with a team of underwriters providing you with the valuable on-the-job training and development whilst also studying for the professional qualification of either ACII or CPCU. Learning the underwriting technical skills whilst under the supervision and mentoring of experienced underwriters, you will also start to build relationships with brokers and colleagues within the business, providing you with a great start to your underwriting career.
You will have a minimum degree classification of 2.1 or min 3.0 GPA ideally with a technical or numerate background. You will be confident in manner with the ability to build and maintain valuable business relationships. You will have the ability to work carefully with attention to detail and have a logical approach whilst being able to think creatively.
